Nic: Certainly, I'm Nic Shaw, an Enterprise Account Executive at Synergist, a creative and IT-focused staffing firm with offices across the U.S. We specialize in staffing and project work across various industries. My role involves business development and acquisition, especially in diversifying our client base beyond our major accounts like Apple and Google. I joined Synergist to expand our clientele and explore new business opportunities. When I transitioned to the company, I was introduced to Agency Leads, a tool I found immensely valuable for my work.

Nic: Agency Leads has become an integral part of my daily routine. I start my day by checking emails and then dive into the tool, searching for new leads within my region. I don't limit myself to specific industries; I explore various roles and companies. The tool's extensive database and user-friendly interface allow me to efficiently identify potential clients and opportunities.
