The Agency Leads platform gathers job leads from companies that have been verified to use staffing agencies for their hiring needs. The application provides the job details, company information and relevant contact information. The Agency Leads sections is what it sounds like. These are leads confirmed from other staffing agencies live to the very minute. Your sales person will click on a lead in this section and will get everything about the company that is hiring, the role they are hiring for, what type of employment that roles is (contract, direct hire, contract to direct hire), the details on the Managers that are in charge of hiring for that position, the job description and much more. This section is a staffing sales person’s dream. The only objection that your sales team will have to overcome is why the company should use you.
Open Web Leads is a job aggregation tool that automatically pulls in job listings, listing details, company information and job contact information all into one simple to use interface. Quickly and easily search, filter, manage and export job listings!

This section is Agency Leads’ version of Indeed/Monster/Dice. This section will provide your sales team with the latest job postings on the open web from companies that are looking to hire today. We are not verifying that the companies in this section are using staffing firms or not for the posted roles, but we are saving your sales team time with compiling all the data. Your sales person will click on a lead in this section and will get everything about the company that is hiring, the role they are hiring for, what type of employment that roles is (contract, direct hire, contract to direct hire), the details on the Managers, and the job description and much more.
Agency Leads is our premium lead application. We do the work for you and have reviewed the accuracy of the job postings and contact information for the hiring managers. Most important, all job listings in Agency Leads have been verified to be from companies that use staffing agencies to fulfill their hiring needs!

Open Web Leads is our fully automated job board aggregating application. It pulls in job lead leads for the top job websites on daily basis but, unlike Agency Leads, the job leads and hiring companies have not been verified as using recruiters for their hiring.

We support you every step of the way! Agency Leads has an easy-to-learn, user-friendly interface. We also provide one-on-one training on how to use and get the most out of the Agency Leads application. We also provide live chat support, and you can call our help desk support at (623) 263-0991 with any needs or questions.
If you come across any bad phone numbers or emails in the system use the chat feature to let us know. Our help desk may be able to provide alternative options for those phone numbers and emails that may help you succeed in making contact with the person you are trying to connect with.
If there is a company or a contact from a company that you would like to connect with, and we do not have any information on them already in the database, Send the help desk chat a link to their Linkedin page or a Full name and Company name and we will send you the individual’s contact information and/or have the company populated with contacts in the database so you can begin your outreach to that company.
In order to integrate with Bullhorn through Agency Leads you must first notify us so we can permit you access to bullhorn. Then in order to get started you must first be logged out of Agency Leads. Open an incognito window and then log into Agency Leads 4.0. Go to settings > Integrations and then Sign into your Bullhorn account. Once signed in, you can log out of Agency Leads and then Open a regular (non-incognito) window and log back into Agency Leads. Now If you go to your outreach list you will be able to import those contacts into your Bullhorn account with the button located next to the Contacts name. Each contact must be added individually.
In order to integrate Agency Leads with your Hubspot account Go to Settings> Integrations and sign into your HubSpot account. Now If you go to your outreach list you will be able to import those contacts into your HubSpot account with the button located next to the Contacts name. Each contact must be added individually.
In order to integrate Agency Leads with your Drip.com account Go to Settings > Integrations and sign into your Drip account. Now If you go to your outreach list you will be able to import those contacts into your Drip account with the button located next to the Contacts name. Each contact must be added individually.
If you are on a free trial account with Agency Leads the maximum number of leads you can view is 100.
There are a few different locations you can export from. In the Agency Leads section, on the right side of the page above the posted date for the leads there is a green button that says “EXPORT” If you click that button it will open up a window with the leads you are currently searching for on the left and the Information you would like to export on the right. The export feature is fully customizable so you can choose what information you would like to export and which information you would like to ignore. You can choose to select and export all the leads you are viewing but it will limit you to 250 leads per export and you may export a total of 5,000 leads per month. On the right side of the window you can deselect any information that you would not care to export by clicking on that field. Only the fields highlighted green will be exported. Above those fields, there is a button that says “Only Primary Contact.” By clicking this button you will only export the checkmarked contact on all the leads you have selected. If you do not click that button you will export all of the contacts we have for each lead. Once you have finished selecting all of the information you would like to export just click the export button at the bottom of the window and all the data will be organized in an excel spreadsheet.
On the left hand side of the page you will see a tab that says “Contact Search” If you click that it will bring you to our contact index where you can use filters to find any contact that we have in our database. You may also export the contacts directly from this page using the “export” button on the right side of the page below the filers.
  • In order to add a new user, the admin should go to “Settings” (located on the left hand column below) > "Users” > ”Add New User”.
  • From here the admin can enter the user’s email address and select “Save”.
  • This will trigger an email to be sent to the new user with temporary login credentials coming from [email protected]. They should then login for the first time and change their password.
  • From the Agency Leads Section: Select any lead from the desired company and once inside the lead, select the “Add to Client List” button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
  • From Company/Contact Search: Click the “Add to Client List” next to any contact from the desired company.
  • Email alerts will now be sent live to the minute every time a company in your client list has a new role posted.
  • Enter the desired search criteria in the Agency Leads section and perform the search.
  • At the top of the search results select the “Save Search” button and enter a title for the search.
  • You will now be able to find the search under the “Saved Searches” tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
  • Email alerts will now be sent. One email will be sent, per saved search, on days where new roles are added within the specified search criteria. When there are no new roles within the saved searches, no emails will be sent.
  • The ticker is the list of new roles scrolling across the top of your screen, this can be manipulated to show roles in desired locations.
  • To set your ticker go to “Settings”>”Set Ticker”.
  • Enter the first location and select it from the drop-down menu. You can either select the “Save” button to complete setting your ticker with one location or the “Add New” button to add additional locations.
The check mark ✓ is the most likely gatekeeper or contact in charge of hiring for the posted role. The check mark is decided by an algorithm based on LinkedIn profile views from the associated firm to the end client. The contact with the highest number of profile views from the firm is labeled as the check mark on the role. We include all or the other relevant contacts related to the role as well based on a similar algorithm.
Every posting in the Agency Leads section has a firm associated with the posting. You can find out this information by requesting it in the chat function, located in the lower left-hand corner of your screen. Simply send over the job ID (or a list of job ID’s) and an agent will respond with the associated staffing/recruiting firm.
